Bad

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Awful hotel. I have come here with my pregnant wife and we have to walk to the third floor because there is no elevator. The room that we found was dirty and there are insects and yellow stinky staff in the sheets. The window was rotten and we couldn’t close it. This awful smell was everywhere and of course there is no air conditioning. They told us that they were gonna change our room but this stuff was unacceptable so we left. We asked for a refund for the rest of the days and they refused… Don’t trust the photos of their internet pages and avoid it at all costs!!!!

Very good

Liked: Good location from Euston station and underground stationsClose to restaurants and supermarkets and easy access to the West end shows.
Disliked: The addition of air conditioning would be beneficial although a fan was provided maybe two more powerful units would have been better. The breakfast room was small and was busy and congested at times.

Good neighborhood. Really nice personal!

Liked: Very good ubication. You have everything close to the hotel (points of interest, buses, tube, etc) and also the neighborhood is nice.
Disliked: It was a very little room, very old and also expensive for what they offer to you (July is expensive in general around London). If you are traveling a few days, it worths the value, but if you want to be comfortable, will stay many days or you need space, maybe this place is not for you.The room is very hot. They give you a fan, you can survive a few days but if the weather or humidity is heavy, the room will be too.

Met our needs 1 night...

Liked: We managed to get a ground floor room there are stairs to get anywhere but they opened the service entrance. There is no lift this is a converted period property so if you have luggage it is difficult to navigate with stairs to every level. Room comfortable and we were able to get a triple room so 18 yr old son could come in with us. covered our needs for oneward Eurostar travel.
Disliked: Met our needs . Advised to read small print as period property.

Awful, dirty and disgusting hotel...

Liked: Absolutely nothing only the location, it was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed, I have stayed in hostels that were cleaner, had to move rooms there times and all the rooms where as dirty was each other.
Disliked: There was build up of dirt on the door handles, walls and fresh splattered of foundation and stains, three rooms and all were dirty, stained carpets, Curtains, just awful, I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star rating, very disappointing, we only stayed two nights and it just ruined the trip, having to complain and move luggage with no help from the staff. Manager on reception wasn’t much help. Never will I stay there again. Also broken door handles and windows wouldn’t close properly, I have photos of all of this.
