Won’t be back ever

Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. We arrived at 9.15 and the 2girls were taking everything away and when she saw me coming for breakfast she never even stopped taking items away and breakfast was supposed to be till 9.30. They don’t even do a cooked breakfast, we had stayed is less star hotels for the few nights before and they all did cooked breakfasts and were no issue. I wouldnever recommend this place as it is at best 2 star

Good value for the money.

Liked: The room was nice and clean, and the location of this hotel is excellent. It is in the city centre close to the British Museum. The hotel is in an old house with a beautiful interior. The breakfast was OK.
Disliked: The room was quite small, so it had only a small desk, which was not big enough if you really needed it to get some work done. The continental breakfast could also be improved. The bed mattress was not particularly comfortable. However, these issues were not particularly problematic. I had a very nice stay in the hotel.

Disappointed ☹️

Liked: The staff is nice and very helpful.5 mins close to Euston Station.
Disliked: A couple for a 120 cm bed. Wc with weak water flush. No hand soap or shampoo, no beauty kit.Low quality for a 4 stars hotel.

Good

Liked: The hotel is very clean and the reception guy was really helpful, as I had to carry two large suitcases up two flights of stairs. There wasn't necessarily an issue, as it is written very clearly on the door that the reception is next door, so nothing to complain about. The bed was also very comfortable.
Disliked: I booked a single room, so probably not much to expect. However, it is smaller than most rooms, which is also not a surprise given the central location and the price. The only issue that I had is that the window was largely open and I wasn't able to close it, regardless of my numerous attempts. And because there is a reception open for two hotels that are next to each other, I couldn't find anyone available to ask for assistance to shut the window, so I was quite cold throughout the night

Clean, friendly, and felt very...

Liked: Location is great. Walking distance to several small parks, restaurants, British Museum, Foundling Museum, public transportation.
Disliked: Very useful that I could store luggage before and after checkout, but the facilities for the storage felt a bit insecure. Also, no lift/elevator, which I did not realize.

Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Disappointing

Liked: Not much, sorry. Creaking floors make for pounding ceilings. Other guests moving about on the above floor kept me from sleeping. The room is truly minuscule. I kept bumping into furniture as it's really difficult to move and do stuff in such reduced space. Friday 5:50 AM we woke up to the deafening sound of the general fire alarm much to my distress and puzzlement. It was nothing. It had gone off by error in the kitchen downstairs. I was hoping to be able to sleep and rest as I had come.from a very long flight but I started the day before the break of dawn and in a panic.... no one, not one of the scarce staff said anything, apologized, offer a complementary something or a refund, or even well, an apology. Breakfast is ok and it's "reasonably" clean. Vaccuming past the bed and under it would be interesting for them to try though. No toiletries except for a soap/shampoo bottle in the shower. NO bedside sockets at all, highly inconvenient! Only one visible in the room, next to the "desk". t's a hotel for ONE night only, specially if you intend to SLEEP and rest well. Location is
Disliked: See above.
