Hotel Cavendish

My stay was very good; good sized room; good staff; good food; would stay again.

Handy location for West End theatres.

Liked: Clean; friendly; good food.

Poor

Liked: Sami the assistant manager was nice and generous!
Disliked: Old building. No elevator, no facilities at all in the room. Small room, I couldn't open my suitcases. Broken tiles at the bathroom. Stains on the floor and walls. The rooms is in another building from the reception. One of the staff members was rude.

Served purpose but not stay...

Disliked: Room tired TV broke no lift

Awful, dirty and disgusting hotel...

Liked: Absolutely nothing only the location, it was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed, I have stayed in hostels that were cleaner, had to move rooms there times and all the rooms where as dirty was each other.
Disliked: There was build up of dirt on the door handles, walls and fresh splattered of foundation and stains, three rooms and all were dirty, stained carpets, Curtains, just awful, I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star rating, very disappointing, we only stayed two nights and it just ruined the trip, having to complain and move luggage with no help from the staff. Manager on reception wasn’t much help. Never will I stay there again. Also broken door handles and windows wouldn’t close properly, I have photos of all of this.

Good for short trips!

Liked: Amazing location! Very quiet and safe area. The rooms are Ok for short trips. Could benefit from a deep clean but in general was ok, bedsheets were very clean.
Disliked: Very small rooms. No lifts so you have to carry your luggage up to your room without the help of any staff.

Liked: The location suited me just fine,.the hotel was spotlessly clean
Disliked: Breakfast room a bit too small,and hotel generally a bit too old fashioned,

Very good

Liked: Stayed for a couple of nights in this hotel. Location was great, easy access to main transport links. Room was cosy, i.e. not too big, but clean. I liked the check in online option which made it easier to get the keys without further delays. Breakfast room is quite small, but we didn't have to queue for a table. Breakfast options were basic but tasty. Overall it was good value for money.
Disliked: Room was quite hot at night, There was a fan in the room, but I didn't use it as I do not like its noise.
