Very good

one of the worst hotels...

Liked: the location of the hotel is pretty good, its right in front of heavenly ski resort
Disliked: - the rooms were really run down- one of the worst breakfasts I have had at a hotel. The only available options were - bagels, bread, and cereal. There was no place to sit and eat either. - the carpets were visibly dirty in the room- the bathroom door didn't lock- it looked like the toilet seat had seen multiple decades

Need some update.

Liked: TV was not working it was unplug due to bad.Bed was making noise when you laid down.Above floor making to much running at midnight can't sleep.
Disliked: Bed and TV.

Disliked: Didn’t look like in the pictures. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. overpriced - for the money I spent for one night I expected more..

My family enjoys staying there...

Liked: Convenient to all the attractions ,shopping etc
Disliked: Shower door handle was coming apart And the carpet to the bathroom

Liked: Staff was excellent and accommodating. Changed our room per our request because we were in the older section. Did not meet expectations. Newer building has great rooms
Disliked: Older building in the back needs major updating.

Disliked: The room was not cleaning one of the three days,

I would stay here again.

Liked: Facilities were clean and most of the staff quite friendly. The Romanian gentleman wasn’t friendly. A smile would have been welcoming.
Disliked: The beds were stiff and not comfortable.
