Perfect for spending an evening in Flagstaff. The location was very convenient to our time and evening at The Green Room. All and all two thumbs up!

Liked: Very nice hotel.

We are not staying here...

Liked: The bed was both clean and comfortable, which was the only positive aspect of the situation.
Disliked: The condition of the property and rooms was unacceptable. A broken deadbolt lock plate compromised our security, allowing for easy access into the room. Additionally, the chair in the room was in a filthy state, and there were cigarette butts scattered throughout the property, particularly in front of our room. This level of cleanliness and maintenance is far from satisfactory.

Liked: It seemed clean a well kept
Disliked: It was very loud all hours of the day and night. The train came by every few minutes. The room next door were yelling and screaming our entire stay. They were fighting and also slamming their door nonstop throughout the night and morning . We could hear them though the wall all night long. Was up all night tossing and turning and did not get more than a few hours of sleep. We had to request a late checkout just so we could sleep a little longer. I was traveling and needed a decent night sleep which i did not get. It was so bad i almost changed rooms and called the police. If i knew they were going to fight the entire time i would of definitely moved rooms. I made it a point to stop in the office on the way out informing them about the fighting from the other room. Told them they should either kick them out or not to put anyone next to them or they would for sure complain.

Liked: Your bed was very comfortable and we fell asleep very fast!
Disliked: The room was small, no pen or paper for notes, if you needed to write down something!

Exceptional

Great spot for Flagstaff visitors...

Liked: Good sized room with a microwave, good sized fridge, and a coffee maker. Bathroom is nice, and the shower head in the ceiling is great for tall people. Bed was comfortable, and the TV has a surprisingly high amount of good channels compared to most hotels. Plenty of parking, and being on the hill makes for great overlook over the forests and Flagstaff. Local restaurants are great, and plenty of nearby stores to cover needs.
Disliked: The coffee maker only half worked. There was no conditioner provided with the shampoo. No clock or safe, not that I needed it, but it is a bit lame to not have.
