Disliked: They did not return my deposit yet, however, it has been more than 4 weeks since i checked out???I have called and emailed them many times but they keep telling me we have refunded the deposit which is not true. All hotels that i have gone through during my USA TRIP, they do immediately refund the deposit after checking out within 1 or 2 days.

Although somewhat pricey, I would...

Liked: Due to electrical issues at our townhouse, we had no heat or appliances at a very cold time of the year. Consequently, we were forced to leave our house and find other lodging while repairs were being made. AKA offered a wonderful home away from home. Nigel at the front desk greeted us with warm welcomes, open arms (literally), and great conversation whenever we passed by the front desk on our way to our room. He consistently went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. In fact, everyone at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. We spent many evenings in the bar/restaurant where again the manager/hostess greeted us as old friends and made sure we had everything we needed. In our room, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room always straightened, on our schedule, and cleaned. The bathroom products were replenished and smelled so good. It was always quiet and relaxing. The food and drinks were just as we wanted. The open spaces inside and outside the hotel offered a comfortable extension to our bedroom. And the gym? Fantastic. In all, we were very happy with our stay.
Disliked: The bedroom on the ground floor in the Zen area was quiet and had a nice view of a private courtyard, but was rather dark - especially as the decor of the hotel overall is on the dark side. There wasn't a separate business center to do work or have access to computers.
