Not happy

Disliked: Hotel is under construction. I booked one month ago but didn't receive any email about construction. They didn't serve hot breakfast because of construction. Checked in at 7:30pm but still our room wasn't ready. They told us to wait 15 mins because they are cleaning the room. Lobby was closed as well. Aand they didn't offer any discounts because of those all inconvenient.Not happy at all. My worst experience ever.

Disliked: There was huge construction going on and I booked the hotel a month ago but they didn't notify us about the construction or didn't offer any discounts for the inconvenience. Loddy was under construction. No hot breakfast was served. Very unhappy.

Disliked: Under construction so breakfast was poor not even coffee.They also neglected to clean and restock my room.

Liked: Nothing. It was not like the pictures. Lobby was torn apart. We showed up at 5 and were told our room wasnt ready, we had to wait 30 min our car. We lost power with a storm and werent even able to take a warm shower there. Staff was not helpful at all.
Disliked: Room was not ready 2 hours after check in. Had to check in through a window from outside standing in the rain. Room wouldnt be ready for 30 min and had to sit in our car because they did not have a lobby. No warm water in our shower too

Disliked: I stayed at this hotel for two nights checked out then booked another night. They gave me the same room that had not been cleaned and water from the shower leaking all over the bathroom. I called and asked for towels and washcloths because my room never got cleaned and nobody brought me any.

Disliked: They were doing construction. It was hard to find where to check in at night. Not clearly marked that you had to walk up to a check in window.
