Liked: Large room, location was close to lake Charles
Disliked: Food was poor No option for breakfast, could do with a coffee shop at the very least Room wasn't serviced as standard, you have to request this and have to list everything you want done e.g. we asked for coffee but didn't ask for more cups and that's what we got, coffee no cups! Bins weren't emptied as we didn't ask for this, strange way of doing thingsPool doesn't open till 11am, again strange

Liked: The price!!! The view of the lake from our room. CLEAN, Spacious BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED Room.
Disliked: The bright light outside my room...#318. The obscured view of the lake.

Disliked: The view from the balcony was horrible.

Liked: Nothing. Staff & managers are so rude. It’s not a friendly place for family
Disliked: Staff & managers don’t let my 10-year-old son go to the restaurant or swimming pool with very rude attitude.

Won’t be back.

Liked: Front desk ladies were very professional and kind.
Disliked: Not enough tables open. Restaurants too spread out and needs to be easily accessible. They aren’t. Room was very humid inside. Towels were hard and felt old. Parking garage was not easy to access. Big joke!!!
