Disliked: Didn't get more towels in 4 days except for when we finally tracked someone down to ask.

Great but disappointing.

Liked: It was clean and quiet. The facilities were modern and nice looking. The environment was safe. The staff were nice, and there was a free breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel advertises an indoor pool. When we arrived, we were told there was no indoor pool. We booked there specifically to go swimming. You can imagine the disappointment when my granddaughter and her friends couldn't go swimming. It was her birthday, so that's why we booked the stay. The manager did little to make us feel better about it; he only said it must be a misprint.
