Dirty, moldy, not worth the...
Liked: Nice entrance. Nice to have the little snack shop and outdoor patio.
Disliked: Room wasn’t ready at check in, staff was not friendly, then was so gross but they didn’t have any other rooms available so we had to deal with it. Black moldy pull out couch mattress, nasty stains on couch (they had flipped cushions over to hide), nasty mold and stuff on the bathroom walls, we all had gross grey chunks of stuff on us after going in the pool/whirlpool. Bed super uncomfortable and there was a dog barking next door to our room constantly. The hotel ran out of breakfast and plates in the morning so we couldn’t even get that. I tried to talk to the staff about it at checkout but they couldn’t understand English well. I paid way too much for this hotel thinking it would be more upscale but I would NEVER stay here again.

Liked: Customer service was excellent. The employee at the front desk worked with us so we could stay in the same room even though I booked through two different systems.

Disliked: It's not the greatest area of the city. A bit run-down, but fine for a basic hotel, especially if you need a suite.

Disliked: The pool was closed for repair, which was the main reason we stayed at this particular location. No ones fault; but would’ve been nice to know ahead of time- we would’ve picked a different place closer to our route. :/ The staff offered games to play, and the breakfast was good.

Liked: Suite type rooms.
Disliked: I’ve stayed at this property several times. More often than not the pool is closed due to some kind of problem. You either need to spend the money to fix, or get competent people to run it. I’ve been a pool/hot tub owner for over 20 years. It’s not really that difficult. I may have to start looking at other properties when I stay in Indy.
