We have stayed at this hotel before and really love it! We will stay again.

Liked: Clean; comfortable beds and pillows; nice big shower; great breakfast; nice gym.
Disliked: Van wouldn't take us to concert - the clerk said they would only go 5 miles and it is only 4.6 miiles to the Hard Rock Pavilion. No biggie really!

Quite disappointed about the parking...

Liked: Did not stay for breakfast
Disliked: We chose this hotel, because the website led us to believe that extended parking would be available for us, while we traveled. We have done this in the past. But when we got there, the front desk person told us that extended parking was no longer an option. This was very disappointing.

Liked: It is an older hotel but it was a lot cheaper and better than the other one.Next time we go we will stay there and I would like to see the Home 2 hotel too.
Disliked: There was nothing I didnt like about the hotel just the shower head not enough water coming out

Disliked: my room reservation got overbook and we didn't get to stay at this hotel , our room was given away to another party

Liked: I like that it serves breakfast. The atmosphere is good. Pleasant staff.love that it has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath, that is ideal for a family like us.
Disliked: Last day of our stay the was not hot breakfast. The worker did finally come and started it after 7 but still closed at 9. We had to eat cereal and bagles. Ohter locations of same hotel serve coffee in the lobby 24/7. This location does not.

Liked: Pet owners beware!! While this is a pet friendly hotel, you will get charged $75.00. We learned a valuable lesson...call and ask about the pet fee. The room was sub standard...it had a faint sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The pet area very small
Disliked: The smell of the room was disturbing. The pet fee was non-negotiable...we tried to get it reduced and offered the manager to inspect the room.
