Liked: The first two rooms they showed us were very bad. We were offered an upgrade to a king room and that room was so much better. It was newer and more updated.
Disliked: There were obvious signs of a roach infestation at one point. Although there were no bugs that I seen alive, there was a dead one in the cabinet. I have a registered service animal abd made them aware of this before and during check in. We only had one night left on our and we received a letter under our door stating that no pets were allowed. She isn't a pet she is a service dog. That letter was in poor taste in wording as it threatened to have us check out early without any refund of any money already paid. Neither my spouse nor myself are Hispanic but the letter had English at the top and say the bottom had Spanish and that was highlighted as if to accentuate the points in it. I didn't like being threatened to be kicked out because of my service animal at all. She was no trouble or bother to anyone and it's very much protected by the ADA laws. The first two rooms were disgusting. Where something had hung on the wall when the roach infestation was occurring there was a significant amount of roach feces around the holes where the hardware was that held up the item that was there before. The couch was so stained and nasty looking I wouldn't have sat on it at all. Those rooms were just terrible.

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: The room does not look like the pictures at all. Nothing to cook with, no plates,glasses etc…… if I wanted new sheets I had to go to the desk and get and toilet paper so I just bought my own. I had two towels and a wash rag the whole stay that I had to wash with my clothes because she told me they had no help. A stained couch and my air conditioner did not cool but I finally told the front desk and they got a new one within an hour. I was in my room with the door locked and the staff had to do an inspection did not knock just tried to open my door. I let them in they came in like drill sergeants. The hotel had a day they were planning for the exterminator to come in so I called the office asked how do I get the plastic to cover the room or I would be charged a fee. I was informed I had to come to the office I told her I worked could you please put it in my room. I would say her response was I put her out. I hope I get my $50 back the refrigerator on the side had food all down it and the toilet on the bottom lost its caulking. I would have told her but I did not want to deal with her at all.

Liked: The location and price is great. General manager Tangi is nice. Friendly staff. Rooms have refrigerators and air conditioners that work good. Two top stove that I haven’t used but sure it’s ok. Walking distance from a couple restaurants.
Disliked: Roaches everywhere and haven’t had my room cleaned (vacuumed new towels covers changed) since I been here. Needs a full bug fuming throughout entire building cause they crawl outside of doors and on the beds while u sleep.
