Disliked: Only one elevator was working and no property parking you have to park on the nearest parking garage we payed 80$ for parking

Exceptional

Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this incredible establishment on the night shift. There were two men who assisted me on those nights, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They even provided me with the first aid kit after my fall. I am so grateful for the amazing place and staff. They are truly amazing!

Passable

Liked: The guy and woman who were making breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday were phenomenal. He would talk to everyone and help kids with the waffles. He was definitely the stand out person in the whole place. I would come recommend this place to someone else because they made the experience much more memorable and set us up to have a fantastic day our last two mornings.
Disliked: There was only one working elevator.

Not the best

Liked: The property is in a good location . However, the room is really dirty and not kept up. The staff is amazing and very welcoming.
Disliked: The halls smelled horrible. The tubs were dirty and utensils, the cleaning is horrible

Liked: Loved the staff, the room, their complementary breakfast. Everything was walking distance. I'll definitely stay here again.
Disliked: 2 of the 3 elevators were out of order... the hotel has 15 floors, and only 1 elevator... crazy!

Very poor

Disliked: My stay was very disappointing. The room was dirty there was a beer can behind the couch, old eyelashes on the floor, and the sheets were stained. Clearly, it hadn’t been cleaned properly before my arrival. Definitely not the standard I expected.

Great location, exactly as expected

Liked: - Location was excellent. Right next to the river walk and right next to the Tobin center where we saw a concert- Room was large and clean with a king bed- Breakfast was included- There’s a city parking garage right across the street for only $10/night
Disliked: - One of the elevators was broken which made the wait take a while- Note that if you’re looking for a full kitchen, there is no stove or oven - only a microwave and fridge
