Good location

Liked: Good sized room with comfortable bed and couch as well as all the kitchen amenities you need. Everywhere was clean. The member of the team who checked us in and was on duty the most during the stay (I think she was called Destiny) was amazing and the rest of the team was friendly.
Disliked: This isn't the place if you need a quiet hotel during baseball season - there was a big group of very noisy children traveling for a game and they overan the pool area and were running up and down the corridors at night. The hotel staff did their best to keep them in line but they were still causing a disturbance.

Liked: Nothing it was loud, dirty and the staff with 2 exceptions was extremely vulgar and disrespectful
Disliked: Bathroom was filthy . Floor was disgusting. Mirrors were not cleaned . Refrigerator wasnt working properly. Outside entrance was full of trash, cigarettes and in the evening loud drunk guest. Manager had little time for me. Asked me to email photos and videos. Was very dismissive of my concerns. One gentleman and one young woman working in the evening tried to accommodate but the situation seemed to be more than they could handle. I have never stayed in a place so unpleasant . A breakfast worker actually was threatening towards me demanding my room number repeatedly because I mentioned to her the food area was messy. She actually came from behind the counter, directly in my face, yelling at me in front of multiple very young children . I was very concerned for my safety and well being. Nobody did a thing . Absolutely a terrible weekend. This was the first time away with my husband who is now disabled in a year. We were extremely upset over all of this.

Liked: The location was great for our occasion. The hotel was comfortable, and there were many amenities to choose from.
Disliked: The toilet lid was not cleaned and there was no extra toilet paper roll.

Very clean, comfortable and affordable...

Liked: Breakfast was OK.
Disliked: Hot water for tea and oatmeal wasn't very hot. Would have like separate eggs, meat, potatoes.

It was overall pleasant.

Liked: It was a clean environment that felt very homey.
Disliked: We stayed for four nights, five days and housekeeping never came to the room once. Had to go to the front several times for things we needed.
