Couldve been perfect
Liked: The staff was genuinely impressed I liked that the staff wasnt rude they were very friendly stayed out the way and people business too
Disliked: The bed it was itching my legs all night maybe changed the top cover & wash them all I didnt like the tub it was rusty a little & thats about it everything else was perfect

Terrible!! scary!! creepy!!
Liked: Nothing. The guy on reception tried to accommodate us but nothing was right!!
Disliked: The area looked a little run down. There were a lot of restaurants in walking distance, but I am not sure I would have worked anywhere. Check in was easy. There was a smell of whatever was used to clean the place and take away the smell of weed. Not sure what was worse. Got the our room, door was open. We checked the room out to see if anyone was already in there. Thankfully no. Checked out the most important room, the bathroom. Was greeting by a cockroach, didnt go further. My husband did. The bed looked so bumpy, pushed on it the mattress was so soft like the springs were missing. Opened the fridge there was food already in there. Went to ask if anyone was already staying there. We could not lock the door behind us. Another guest in reception heard us explain the situation, he said he had been living there on and off for yrs, and we should pack our bags & get as far away as possible. We did look at another room, as it was nearly 10pm and didnt think we could find another room in another hotel near by this late. But I was feeling itchy & uncomfortable. We asked the guy if we want to cancel could we get a full refund he said yes, if it is within the next 2-3 hrs We sat in the new room called Hilton, got the 1st room we could and left. When we told him that we would be cancelling he went back on his word and now said he could not guarantee a refund. I said WHAT! we argued. Asked for the manager/owner. He said there wasnt one. And we had to call booking.com for a refund. Anyway. We got our refund back, after a few calls to booking.com & the manager who never picked up. Another call to the hotel. Moral of the story is DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. Definitely do not stay the night there!!
