The room we were in had 2 double beds, microwave and mini fridge. Comfy for a quick visit. A few things were torn and shabby but basically clean in our room.
Liked: Location good for easy walk to Hollywood Bowl.
Disliked: Very hard to find - a bit confusing.

Housekeeping and cleanness are serious...
Disliked: Linen were not changed when I checked in; very dirty. So noisy at night. Fire alarm rang on 2 nights at 3:00AM ( it seems it was out of order); the receptionist apologized for that and it was fixed on 3rd night. Weak WiFi signal. Very limited breakfast choices. Check out must be at 11:00AM sharp; otherwise you will be charged $20 per each extra hour.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION GONE WRONG
Liked: The staff at front desk were both nice
Disliked: The room was not like picture. We had to ask for remote to tv, you had to get up to turn volume up n down. No blow dryer in room. Loud as we were next to check in date. Fire alarms went off twice while sleeping, scared the hevk out of us. Parking for 20 was a bit much when u have to park in alley and should be included your stay. No garbage in bathroom. One face towel was provided. Walls in room were very dirty. Curtain between bathroom n beds were broken. Also on website said breakfast was included, then someone asked about it and was told selected dates are picked, then prices should drop.

Booking.com is not accurate! Worst...
Disliked: There were no staff when we arrive. Waited an hour outside. Asked booking.com for assistance but not much help. Parking wasnt free even though they claim public parking free. There were no breakfast even they claim there is on the description. Night had no staff. Kids were crying at hallway like an hour. Fridge was discusting. Not clean. Beds were narrow and making spring sound so bad. Phone line was cutoff from the wall. There is no way to contact the staff. Images are included as proof. Before I check-in i asked booking.com staff to cancel my reservation fact that there were no staff to begin with but agent wont cancel it. Made us stay for one night and kept telling us there will be a free breakfast. This hotel has no breakfast service. Worst costumer service!

Don't stay here
Disliked: The attitude of the man on reception the older man, definitely has an attitude problem and was drinking you could smell it.Room was dirty there were cockroaches and wasn't serviced had to ask for it to be cleaned. It was so noisy at night we had booked for 3 nights we didn't stay 3 it was horrendous.The microwave and fridge were disgusting. Things were hanging off the wall, the shower leaked. Oh and there was no breakfast even though stated in price no money back what so ever. Booking.com should be ashamed of advertising such an establishment

Wouldn?t stay here again.
Disliked: Thin walls, parking is $20 and it?s tight, unfriendly staff, cameras in the room, smells dirty, breakfast is not good. Didn?t get a good vibe staying there.
