Disliked: We booked a 2 double bed room weeks before our trip. When we checked in we were informed that we would be given a one bed room with a pull out couch because there were no two bed rooms available. No this was not okay and we were given no other options. Needless to say our stay on the pullout couch was not a good one. Our room was also supposed to be non smoking but smelled terribly of smoke.

Disliked: I wasn't aware that basketball teams were staying. The boys were running around on our floor, loud, and could hear them in be rooms.

Liked: Clean, stayed on top floor.
Disliked: Could not lower temp for a/c below 65, top floor was pretty warm on a hot day outside.

Liked: The location was good. The staff were excellent.
Disliked: It needed major updates. Condensation drips keeping us up all night. We had to take lukewarm showers. The tub itself looked dirty. Not sure if it was stained or not.

Liked: Clean room & quiet location, very friendly accommodating staff, highly recommend

Superb

Liked: Nice property that is in a quiet location. Hotel is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Some properties assign less attractive rooms to those of us who book through third parties. This is not one of them. Always given great rooms.
Disliked: New parking fee. Have stayed here many times and they just started charging a nominal fee. Feels a little insulting.
