Great family value with great...
Liked: Breakfast was great, the staff were so nice and helpful! Location was excellent and the pools were fabulous. Would love to see an outdoor hot tub as well, but the indoor one was good size. Overall we loved it and had a great vacation!
Disliked: Housekeeping was a hit or miss....a card to tell them it's good to clean would help! We only seemed to have one that said no right now and if you put it out they never came back!!! The hot tub could have been cleaner.

Has Potential to be great...
Liked: We love the indoor water activities and the parking was very convenient. The pools will be very nice in the summertime when the exterior ones can be utilized. The room was a nice size - very spacious. The walkway to the beach was convenient & the valet staff was incredibly kind. The beds were comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was super respectful & the front desk was very accommodating to our late checkout request.
Disliked: The room was outdated and multiple items needed repairs. Our sliding door to our balcony was bent & would not open or shut without two people using full force to lift up and then slide. Our fridge did not shut all the way so we were unable to use it. The door to the cabinet that houses the fridge was also in need of repair. The indoor water activities were great and it was a nice touch to have the towels provided BUT there are repairs needed to chairs & to the hot tub (broken tile/concrete). We visited The Square Whale and our server was fantastic BUT the menu listed online was not available when we arrived, other staff members were eating and joking and seemed bored with guests in the dining area. The lack of options was disappointing. Now my BBQ flatbread pizza was good. My daughter - very few options to choose from. I do realize its off-season but a very limited menu almost made us leave to find other dining options. We had breakfast at The Greenery and - that was an experience. Our waitress was completely overwhelmed. The credit card system was going up and down so cards had to be swiped multiple times for multiple guests. Online it stated there was an a la carte menu and a buffet option but we were told it was buffet only. We arrived with an hour left until the buffet ended and most items were already being wrapped up and not restocked. We did have a great staff member go get sausage gravy from the back and reheat it so my daughter could have sausage gravy. There were no biscuits to use and the toast was quite - stale. Most of the drink items were gone in the self-serve area & everything was very picked over and not being replenished with an hour left to go and multiple families coming in. We opted to order door dash over going to the breakfast on our second day due to this. A refresh is needed for the resort & food & system before the busy season starts. We plan to give it another try in June because of the staff.
