Liked: So much fun for the family and great price!
Disliked: The water slide water is freezing cold and the renovations being made throughout are needed, but overall great property! The parking fee and resort fees are a bit much!

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing staff, comfortable room, plenty of on-site & staff planned activities, great food at the restaurants.

Hotel front desk & customer...

Liked: Pictures look nicer than in real life. Also second pool was remodeling during our stay, noise levels and drilling from 8am was disturbing when you are on dpring break and want to sleep in. Hotel offered $20/night refund to accommodate remodel issues and its been 5 weeks since we checked out and they still did not refund us. I called and emailed the hotel & their guest services 10+ times and still no feedback on refund ETA. I would not stay here again and don’t recommend to others.

Disliked: Difficult to find where to check in, very far walk to the room from the elevator because the other elevator was out of order, only one place to eat for breakfast and it was terrible, the room was okay but not the cleanest, dirt marks and smudges on Bunkbeds, also very long walk to the marketplace where the food was and to the pool because there was only one entrance on the other side of the building
