Disliked: The hotel (stayed on 5th floor) looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Walls must be paper thin or neighbors were that loud because we got no sleep due to loud talk and slamming of doors near our room. Did end up switching room to different floor at 3am and that was quiet.

Liked: Staff and room was clean
Disliked: Was worried about some broken bathroom fixtures so took pictures so I would not be charged but it was fine I guess they knew they were broken.

Exceptional

Liked: very easy to get to the airport early in the morning

Shower wasn’t warm

Disliked: Shower didn’t get hot enough so took lukewarm showers all 4 days which is unacceptable. There should have been 24/7 coffee station for hotel guests

Disliked: When I was checking in I got there early and they wanted to charge me $50 when a room was already available. I told them I was having surgery in an hour and just didn’t want to be stressed out. So instead of me checking in and them waiving it they watched me sit anxiously for hours on the couch. Then I had my surgery and checked in later it was rude it wouldn’t have hurt them to let me in early, I was leaving at 7Am the next day. She should have waived the fee.

Disliked: The staff couldve been more friendly. When I arrived the system was down. So I had to wait additional time to check in.
