Outside of the mishap at...

Liked: The hotel is around the corner from the airport, so that was good. It's located on a main road, so it's easy to get to from the city. The room size is nice; I had a king bedroom. The bathroom space was adequate, and they have some great amenities. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave!!!
Disliked: There was a lot of confusion when checking into the hotel. They could not find our reservation because there was an error in our registered names. The staff could not find us due to a clerical error made by the booking host. Our names were misspelled in the system. The hotel blamed the host. And we have had an issue with this on booking.com before, so we understood what had happened. Parking was crazy! It was a driver's nightmare navigating tight turns to get into the garage. If you are nervous or claustrophobic, be careful. It was a very tight area getting into and around the garage.

Dissapointed

Disliked: Two out of three elevators were broken for part of the stay. Huge hassle in the morning when people tried to get on the one elevator with luggage, while the cleaning staff were trying to bring carts on the one and only elevator. Sometimes long wait to check in. When leaving at 5:20 am, no one was at the desk.

Liked: The bed is very comfortable and the room services are complete. Additionally, the breakfast service is delicious and complete.
Disliked: The location of the hotel to the tourist area is good. However, you have to walk about 15 minutes to get to the Crystal Palace train station, or take the A10 bus.
