We were in town for a company Xmas party at the Wilma Theater and thought it to be a good idea to stay in town. The rooms were clean but the walls PAPER thin! We did not sleep at all - heard everything every one was doing, and apparently dogs are allowed as well? I was almost bitten by one down the hall from our room while I was looking for the ice machine. The hallways smell like stinky wet dog! Probably won't stay here again - unfortunate, because it's in a good location :(

Liked: The location was great! The room was extremely comfortable and had so much room.

Disliked: Needs hyonest advertising. The hotel website, as well as the booking.com site said "free airport transportation." straight up. When I asked to be taken to airport at 5 a.m. they said staff weren't available for the run. HELLO!!! I based, in part, my reservation on the advertised "free airport transportation." If this service only runs from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. then that needs to be clear in the advertising. Basically for me it was a breach of contract which cost me.

Subpar property and experience.

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Hotel was being renovated which resulted in noise and an overall dirty exterior to the property. I had to request a move due to noise of drills, hammers etc during my stay. Fortunately the staff was able to move me to an acceptable room.

Disliked: Renovation noise. Refrigerator did not work. Staff indifferent. Beds quite hard and uncomfortable.

Liked: I love the downtown location of this hotel. We have stayed here many times and had great experiences.
Disliked: The last few times we have stayed, the pool temperature has gotten increasingly colder. This time the hot tub was only 90 degrees. To beat all, we got up in the morning to no hot water. Not a fan of cold showers.
