Disappointing for an IHG hotel.

Liked: The breakfast had simple things missing such as no orange juice or alternative milk.The evening bar food was bad - on the 2nd night even 1 hour before the end of service the food came out cold and uncooked and the chef was not pleasant at all.The reception staff were polite not necessarily friendly.
Disliked: The food and the atmosphere.

Liked: The location and staff were amazing.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned properly and the carpet was dingy. Needs steam cleaning.

Disliked: The pool was FREEZING, my key card didn’t work, my room had a hole in the wall, and a few other things wrong in the room.

Disliked: Old. Not particularly clean. Window AC u it’s that were load and did not remove moisture so everything felt wet. Smelled of mold.
