Liked: Room was great and exceeded expectations on size. Order placed for my partners vegetarian option was forgotten at breakfast, this was the only thing that let down the whole experience.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Weekend stay

Liked: Clean, lovely spacious room. Great location for where we wanted to be. Friendly helpful staff. We had an issue over a misunderstanding concerning breakfast (something and nothing) which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Plenty of choice at breakfast to suit all needs whether it be a full English to set you up for the day of just something light

Disliked: Difficult to park a car in the carpark building nearby. Signage is so confusing.

Fantastic stay & good time...

Liked: The breakfast was very good value, especially as we booked it the night before, so got the discounted rate.The location was perfect as our attraction was very close.
Disliked: We were not aware of the location of the bedrooms, only from the 8th floor upwards. I think this information should be available prior to booking.
