Liked: The location is great! Rooms okay so far.
Disliked: It was quiet from the street, but noise came through the door in the room and from pipes in the room at night.Unfortunately there was no heating in the bathroom / so it was very cold :-DThe coffee machine was broken at breakfast for several days. The staff couldn't quite keep up. Otherwise the breakfast was quite okay (European standard).

Fantastic Hotel and Staff !!

Liked: Staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, Thank you to the staff as were visiting for the first time as part of my daughters 3rd birthday celebrations and honestly we had the best stay here. Hotel was immaculate and such a warm atmosphere especially if you are travelling with young children highly recommended and easy access to the train station from the hotel. Parking available at the hotel which was a bonus. Thank you again to all the staff Fantastic service

Liked: Everything was perfect rooms were comfortable and spotless, all the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, The evening meal and breakfast was really good and tasty and plenty of choice would definitely return
