Room Repair

Liked: Close to shops and railway station.
Disliked: Our electronic door lock had broken and had to have an engineer change it to access our room.

A hotel that will exceed...

Liked: Loved this hotel, and didn’t expect to! Staff are first class, very clean hotel, food is delicious, superb location!
Disliked: The only fault was the tried/stained taps, and handles in the bathroom. The kettle is boiled on a shelf inside a unit - I thought this could be dangerous, but I could be wrong.
