Liked: Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and I kept my car in the carpark underneath the hotel. It was very safe and the hotel was outstanding.

Liked: Excellent location, situated in a quiet and pleasant street, convenient for Euston Station and within walking distance to Oxford and Regent Street and many of the main tourist attractions. Exceptionally welcoming and professional staff. Delighted with the Twin room we had booked which was spacious and immaculate. Our complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff here too were polite and highly efficient.
Disliked: Nothing negative about our stay.

Liked: I had a fantastic stay. The manager went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. I misplaced my phone charger, and the hotel manager personally offered me a spare, saving me a lot of trouble. It was a busy weekend with a marathon event happening in the city, yet they kindly granted me an extra hour for checkout, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, the breakfast was absolutely top-notch — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay and very relaxing.

Liked: All your staff were really very friendly and helpful, right down to the chef who served my scrambled egg each morning , with a smile ! The hotel is ideally situated for central London. Very clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Very minor maintenance problems which in no way impacted our enjoyment.
