Good hotel; good location; great staff and friendly welcome, but everything good was completely overshadowed by only being able to get wifi in your room if you pay £12. The room cost enough as it is, and paying for something that you get for free pretty much everywhere else in Camden is frankly greedy.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff; comfortable beds.
Disliked: Charging a fortune for wifi. Really? These days?

Would stay here again due...

Liked: Location was excellent. Staff were great. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Hotel room was a bit tired.

Decent hotel would stay again...

Liked: The location was great, relatively easy to find, good options for breakfast! Room was a decent size and clean!
Disliked: Only down side was it was so hot and the air con was not working and we were not told about this! there was a fan left in the room but it hardly worked so the heat was unbearable to sleep in!

No air conditioning in the...

Disliked: There was no air conditioning. The first room I stayed had a septic toilet smell. The second room had a nail sticking out of furniture which snagged my clothing.
