Holiday Inn London Camden Lock

Good hotel; good location; great staff and friendly welcome, but everything good was completely overshadowed by only being able to get wifi in your room if you pay £12. The room cost enough as it is, and paying for something that you get for free pretty much everywhere else in Camden is frankly greedy.

Disliked: Charging a fortune for wifi. Really? These days?

Disliked: Run down and no air con working in the room. The bathroom was in a bad way and not that clean.

Exceptional

Liked: Excellent experience and a brilliant location in camden , staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble . Hotel was very clean with a great comfortable room which made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was very tasty and staff were really attentive and happy to help. Would recommend anyone to stay here and I will definitely stay again. Thank you 😊

Great hotel perfect location.

Liked: Modern, refurbished, very very quiet room (204).Central within about 5 minutes walk to tube station and the markets.24hr bar service. Fabulous big fluffy bath sheets.Really friendly staff.
