Good hotel; good location; great staff and friendly welcome, but everything good was completely overshadowed by only being able to get wifi in your room if you pay £12. The room cost enough as it is, and paying for something that you get for free pretty much everywhere else in Camden is frankly greedy.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff; comfortable beds.
Disliked: Charging a fortune for wifi. Really? These days?

Good location but rubbish sleep...

Liked: Location is good as right next to Camden and all the food markets.
Disliked: Works were going on in the hotel and this was not mentioned before we booked which is unacceptable. It was one of the hottest weekends of the year and there was no air conditioning available and we didn’t sleep at all because it was boiling!

Liked: Location was perfect as overlooking the lock
Disliked: No air conditioning and breakfast not included despite paying over £250 a one night stay
