Holiday Inn London Camden Lock

Good hotel; good location; great staff and friendly welcome, but everything good was completely overshadowed by only being able to get wifi in your room if you pay £12. The room cost enough as it is, and paying for something that you get for free pretty much everywhere else in Camden is frankly greedy.

Liked: Perfect location, lovely spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, lovely breakfast with fabulous choice of food. Will definitely stay again

Disliked: The air conditioning was not working so the room was very hot and stuffy.

Liked: Spacious lobby and lifts clean and well presented. Great size room and bed, massive tv on the wall. Lovely bathroom

Liked: Great location, staff were excellent, especially the breakfast staff who couldn't have done anymore for us. Value for money, kids ate free were given a voucher for a drink or snack made my daughters birthday extra special.
Disliked: In all honestly there was not one single fault .

Liked: The staff were so friendly and welcoming and really made a fuss of the children. The room was comfy and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the staff helped us so much.
