Good hotel; good location; great staff and friendly welcome, but everything good was completely overshadowed by only being able to get wifi in your room if you pay £12. The room cost enough as it is, and paying for something that you get for free pretty much everywhere else in Camden is frankly greedy.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff; comfortable beds.
Disliked: Charging a fortune for wifi. Really? These days?

Visited with family and friends,...

Liked: The location is just superb, overlooking the Regent's Canal, allowing for nice and calm walks along the water, good restaurants nearby, just a block away from a nicely busy area with shops, close to the Tube, there's everything here.The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable, even though the terraces were showing some signs of age - though reconstruction was just in progress, so maybe that will improve.
Disliked: The food could be a little better in general - both breakfast and dinner.
