Holiday Inn London Camden Lock

Good hotel; good location; great staff and friendly welcome, but everything good was completely overshadowed by only being able to get wifi in your room if you pay £12. The room cost enough as it is, and paying for something that you get for free pretty much everywhere else in Camden is frankly greedy.

Disliked: We liked it all, but perhaps the lovely and gracious staff were a little TOO attentive at breakfast - we would have preferred to help ourselves from the buffet.

Liked: Second stay at this hotel.Very nice, warm, friendly staff. Hotel is kept to a high standard. Location is perfect. View if you are canal side is beautiful. Informed of us a better priced overnight car park a few minutes walk away that we may not have considered otherwise
Disliked: No parking. But that's a London issue not a hotel issue.
