Nice stay, close to underground...

Liked: Availability of items for breakfast was wonderful, so was the serving of the meal. The breakfast was nice. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located close to underground/subway stations.
Disliked: The shape/design of the commode did not allow it to flush our poop off the sides and bottom. One member of the staff was rude to my wife. All the other staff were very polite and friendly.

Great Hotel, but My iPhone...

Disliked: I accidentally left my iPhone charger (including adaptor and cable) in my room after checking out. I realized this approximately an hour later and promptly called the hotel. I was told that the charger had been found and that it would be kept safely at reception for me to collect.However, when I returned to the hotel a couple of hours later, I was only given the adaptor and plug, but the cable was missing. I insisted that the entire charger (cable and adaptor together) had been left in the room as one unit. Unfortunately, I was told that only the adaptor was found.This is extremely frustrating, as I am certain the cable was part of the charger when I left it. It leads me to believe that either the item was incompletely retrieved or that the cable may have been removed or taken after it was found.It is disappointing to experience this kind of situation in an establishment where guests expect trust and professionalism.
