Awful.

Liked: The air conditioning was out in the bar/lobby area for the entire night. Our TV didn't work until about 10 PM that night. This experience was not worth the price that was paid. I could have went to holiday inn for half the price and had a better experience.
Disliked: Everything.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was spacious and more than I expected. Checking in was easy as well. Great staff.
Disliked: Every thing was good.

HORRIBLE

Liked: Really didn't like or appreciate anything at this hotel. Nothing was like the advertised
Disliked: There was no light bulbs in lamps! No remote for the television! Refrigerator did not work! No chair for the desk! Front desk just made up excuses for everything!

Passable

Liked: I liked the indoor pool and the staff at the desk was friendly.
Disliked: The room had a funky smell, there was a huge water spot on the floor near the AC that only got worse by the time we checked out, the AC didnt even work half the night.

Liked: They need clarify breakfast is not included with your stay. Breakfast is offered but not included

RESTLESS NIGHT

Disliked: 1. NO SHAMPOO OR SOAP IN BATHROOM 2. THE A/C DID NOT WORK AND THERE WAS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO FIX AT THAT TIME.

Liked: The lady/manger who checked us in was amazing. Very knowledgeable and accommodating.
