Really comfortable and pleasant.

Liked: Friendly staff, close to my in-laws, right off the freeway
Disliked: Smelt heavily of chlorine

Liked: This was a pit stop in our way home to the UP. It was super convenient spot for my family to meet us to visit! The longhorn steakhouse and the gas stations close by was a huge perk!

Family Staycation

Liked: The pool hours and the option to use the spa and pool. Breakfast options.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Not the best Holiday Inn...

Liked: Breakfast was great, and staff were all friendly and helpful! Every morning the breakfast staff lady, Elham was very pleasant, welcoming & kind. Food was stocked, and ready the entire time, and she was always asking if we needed anything!
Disliked: The hotel was very outdated. The Lobby was clean and comfortable, but the rooms/hallways were VERY outdated. The towels in our room were dirty and had stains on them. We just set them aside and did not use them.

Enjoy Holiday Inn, where comfort...

Liked: I liked the room, very comfortable surrounding. The bed was relaxing and the room all together had a very nice touch to it. Please dont lose the motivational approach to a wonderful stay. Thank you all for your hard work.
Disliked: I didnt sleep all that great from the floors above us. Alot of thumping and moving around. But, as long as people have a good time i can as well.
