Great stay; helpful staff; easy to find way around the city.

Liked: Friendly staff; clean and comfortable room; upscale amenities in bath; walking distance to The Fillmore and safe walking back at night.

Disliked: Would like the cleaning fee that is now charged by hotels now to be refunded or check the room before checkout … that’s when the charge is applied .

Don’t know if I will...

Liked: Easy to find
Disliked: Room was musty smelling and check in was terrible, had to wait for them to find rooms available since we booked 3rd party. A lot of hassle just for 1 night
