Liked: It was very clean. The staff is polite and always ready to help. Breakfast is great. I liked the location too.
Disliked: They ran out of shaving kits, which is a little sad :)

Great Location, Friendly Staff, but...

Liked: I really appreciated the hotel’s location—it’s close to major tourist attractions and conveniently near halal restaurants, which made dining out easy during my stay in New York. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and I especially enjoyed the hot chocolate. Breakfast had a great variety of options and was satisfying each morning. I’d also like to commend Destiny for her professionalism and friendliness—she made a positive impression.
Disliked: However, I did find the room a bit too small for my comfort, and the internet connection was quite slow, which was frustrating at times.

Disliked: Old, worn and outdated bathrooms. Pokey dark room

Good location as a base...

Liked: Good location beside Wall Street and short walk from all of the lower Manhattan attractions.
Disliked: Needs a major facelift. Lifts are creaky and dark. Breakfast room is way too small for the number of guests.
