Good say for the value

Liked: Great front staff, extremely helpful. Convenient to restaurants, quiet location
Disliked: breakfast was decent but opened late. The pancake machine was broken.

Passable

Liked: The location worked well for our stay
Disliked: The elevator was out of order . Made getting our luggage to our room inconvenient. Also, the fact that renovations were being done made the stay a little less pleasant. The air conditioning in the room was below expectation.
