Holiday Inn Express Temecula

I would recommend the property...

Liked: Comfortable bed, convenient location, plenty of parking, efficient and pleasant and helpful staff. The room was quite nice and spacious.
Disliked: The room faced the I-15 freeway and even with the windows closed and the curtains drawn I could still hear the noise of cars on the freeway.

Will not stay at Holiday...

Liked: Staff was friendly rooms were clean
Disliked: The noise level in the hotel was ridiculous, the rooms were clean however, there was a 4 inch screw on our floor. As soon as we enter the room, we should have had more shower towels, room service was not available to answer the phone throughout our stay.

Wonderful

Liked: We really enjoyed our stayed. Room was clean. It had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was great! And the staff is so friendly. I arrived earlier then check in time and they were able to accommodate easily. I really appreciated that!

Disliked: Not handicapp friendly. Room smelled of cig . Breakfast was limited

Liked: The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The room was clean.
Disliked: Windows would not open and seemed old. The pool area was run down looking. the lounge chair was broken. Did not have enough seating for more than a few people.
