Liked: Check-in/ out was quick and easy. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained, and the bed was super comfy! We were definitely pleased with our choice. And having fresh coffee in the lobby at your fingertips was a great bonus. The pool and hot tub were nice as well.
Disliked: My only complaint is that we hung the "do not disturb" door hanger on the door the night we arrived. At 11 am the next morning, housekeeping was knocking on our door and woke us up. Then they did the same at 10 am the following day. I reported it to the front desk, and Tommi was very apologetic.

Disliked: I was disappointed with the swimming pool. The water was cloudy and dirty looking, and the pool floor had debris on it. I decided not to swim.

Excellent stay at Holiday Inn...

Liked: We had a delayed flight and checked in at 4 am without a problem. Staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable and fresh, and breakfast was good. Apart from having coffee in your room, coffee and tea were always available in the lobby. Snacks (including microwavable meals) and drinks were on sale beside the front desk. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it was sparklingly clean. Excellent location and close to I95 and 192 east/west. Would definitely stay here again.
