Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Long Branch - Eatontown

Not very pleased considering i...

Liked: The location was the best part of my stay.
Disliked: The staff was not very friendly or helpful . Now I will say one tried but fell short ,although she at least smiled and tried . Upon check in I was given an uncleaned room to walk into , then the next room lacked some amenities, which took awhile to obtain. Then in the am tried to get milk for coffee and cereal and was told they were out of it but that there was some in the little store I could purchase to add to my coffee .

Liked: Property was clean Front desk staff friendly bed comfortable room was clean.
Disliked: Breakfast could’ve been a little better

Liked: Staff was very accommodating. Only problem was room had ac repeatedly blowing hot air for a few minutes and then cold air . We changed rooms which did the same thing just not as often.
Disliked: See above

Liked: Easy access. Nice and clean. Quiet. Great staff.

Disliked: There was no hot water and I had a little kids I needed to shower
