Liked: This hotel is so beautiful. Very clean, organized, well taken care of. I loved my experience here. The staff that I interacted with were so kind and very helpful/informative. Even the wonderful lady that was part of the cleaning crew was SO kind and down to earth. I really enjoyed this hotel. I stay many places and rarely do I find somewhere I'd go back to. However, I plan on visiting here again. This will be my new go-to hotel when I visit Pittsburgh.

Liked: I had some complications with my reservations, but the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and fixed everything for me.Staff was very friendly and gave us information on local restaurants and shopping.

Disliked: Having a dirty bathroom and no exhaust fan and being put across from a conference room and next to stairwell made for a bad experience
