Excellent place to stay! Very pleased. Wanted something close to Hard Rock Casino and it convenient and a wonderful place to stay.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable; personable and helpful people working there. Breakfast was good.

Overall good and I would...

Liked: My main reason for booking this hotel was that it offered one room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed to accomodate my family of six. Breakfast had a good variety. They offered both hot & cold options. All tasted well.
Disliked: The juice at breakfast tasted watered down. They only had 2 tea selections for hot tea. The coffee could have been a darker brew or more concentrated.

Disliked: My room didn’t have a shower curtain, the tub was dirty, the toilet was running all the time and I had to unplug the mini fridge because it was making loud noises. I was VERY unhappy about the room.

Disliked: they didnt have any clean towels available, we had to wait until they came out the dryer. Tiolet didnt flush had to have someone come look plundge the tiolet. It was a horrible experience will not be returning to this location
