Excellent place to stay! Very pleased. Wanted something close to Hard Rock Casino and it convenient and a wonderful place to stay.
Liked: Very clean and comfortable; personable and helpful people working there. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The room was nice, they had a heated pool & a good breakfast. Desk staff was nice & helpful.
Disliked: Housekeeping only cleaned my room twice in a 7 day period. I had to take out my own trash and ask front desk for clean towels or take some from the pool room. We had sugar ants in our room that we noticed the first day of arrival.

Liked: On my way to the property the staff called me and canceled my reservation. I was told that they had rooms the were being renovated.
Disliked: The property would have been fine but my reservation was canceled.

My stay was pleasant; special...
Liked: I got a room in the 3rd floor facing the lake; it was very pleasant waking up every morning with such a nice view.The room was comfortable and everything looked new; breakfast was great and gym was also nice. Staff was great; everyone is friendly.
Disliked: The only thing it did not look very good was the cleaning of the room; I saw some ants and the bottom bed sheet had blood stains.

Liked: The location was somewhat convenient from the highway. The fight between guests outside the front of the hotel was interesting, but I could have definitely preferred getting some sleep instead.
Disliked: When I was checking in, the front desk person on Thursday night 3/27 was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was checking in, like I interrupted her phone time. She did not greet me until I walked up and finally said hello to her. She was not polite. When we went to dinner, and she was sitting in the lobby couch playing with her phone 10 minutes after checking in. The next day, during breakfast, the lady who I assume fills the food was standing, watching some of the customers serve themselves, but then stepped right in front of me to wipe the outside of the serving lid of the second serving bowl. I stood there waiting for her to be done wiping. She gestured with her hand to go around her and said, "go!" Like to go around her and skip that pan since she was wiping it. So, I skipped it and went back to it after she rubbed the towel in front of the pan. It was a strange interaction, and I did not understand why she couldn't wait for me to serve myself from that pan and wipe after I was done. When I went up to my room after grabbing some breakfast, my key card did not work. The card was not by any other cards and was just in my pocket with nothing else in it. I called down to the front desk and told a different woman than the one from the night before that my card was not working, and she very rudely said, "well, I can't do anything about it unless you come down here." I did not understand why she already seemed upset with me. I asked, is there a reason it isn't working? I was worried that maybe I was wrong about the checkout time and that I was supposed to be out already since it was just after 10am. She responded, "I don't know! Sometimes they just demagnetize, do you want to come down here so I can fix it or not?!?!" I said, "Oh, I'm sorry, I was just asking a question." I did not want it to happen again so I wanted to see if there was anything I should know to prevent it.

Liked: Breakfast was great .. room was amazing
Disliked: I paid for a pool so when I go to a hotel I expect for the pool to be working and if it’s not working let the customer know that the pool is broken truly disappointed.
