Frustrated with the situation.

Liked: I already filed a complaint and still haven’t heard back about it. The description was for 2 bedrooms and a living room but when I got there was not and they said that booking was responsible for this wrong description. It’s 1 bedroom with 2 beds all together. I ended up having to pay for another room..

Really great location close to...

Liked: Great location and easy parking, which worked well for us as we were meeting our son who lives in the US and also has a car. Breakfast arrangements were really good. Friendly reception staff.

Will not stay there again.

Liked: Free breakfast
Disliked: Water was cold, had to take a cold shower. Pool water was dirty / green, kids wouldn't swim in it. Elevator button was broken, difficult to push to go to ground floor. Had to wait to check in because we arrived early, then staff started checking in other people when they knew we were waiting.

Here for a day trip....

Liked: Very friendly front desk staff. Free parking and free breakfast (good coffee). The room was big enough for 4 people and the beds were comfy. There was a microwave in our room. Clean and spacious enough. Close enough to basic amenities like CVS and restaurants.
Disliked: Walls are paper thin, can hear everything from rooms next door. Really loud footsteps from people above.
