Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bradley Airport

Met my needs to sleep...

Liked: Friendly staff...room clean, comfortable
Disliked: For that rate I expected a somewhat larger breakfast offering...possibly some pre-packaged pastries and another fruit choice...there was coffee and half a dozen bananas...there was a cooler with a good selection of boxed meals to take to the room to microwave, but it would have been nice to have the fare mentioned above...

Didn’t love it.

Liked: Close to airport and had a shuttle.
Disliked: Coffee maker didn’t work. We waited for the Holiday Inn shuttle that never came, called 800# who said it would come. Waited and waited. Finally googled to find the local # who told us to catch a different bus. When we arrived by bus we were not informed that we had to specifically request a bus to get back to the airport. Poooooor communication about the airport shuttle!!

Very Happy with use this...

Liked: Over all very happy with everything, very friendly staff from front desk to housekeeper service (Avy)
Disliked: Nothing to do with property but very rude and noisy people slamming doors screaming at 4:30 am differently across.

I enjoy my stay but...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the room was spaced and updated
Disliked: The pool was small, breakfast was not great, and there was not enough hot water for one shower at night or in the morning.

Liked: Beds, convenience for late night arrival and early morning departure
Disliked: More run down than last year
