Liked: Water pressure in the showers were amazing and the bed was very comfortable!
Disliked: The bathroom didnt look fully clean but it could have been age of the room.

Our business will no longer use Holiday Inn or Booking.com for its travel accommodations.

Disliked: Our confirmed reservation for 3 people for two nights was cancelled without our knowledge and we were forced to find another hotel 35 minutes away from our conference, disrupting the entire cadence of our trip. The staff was not helpful in the least. They offered no solution, no room comp, no alternative. Be advised that apparently, the confirmation number doesn't mean anything if a reservation can simply be dropped.

Disliked: Apparently,the hotel cancelled our confirmed reservation (4185346486) without notifying us.We traveled a great distance to attend a conference and had to travel 40 miles out of town for a hotel,disrupting the entire trip.The hotel offered zero help.
