Looks nice, but had AC...

Liked: Location of the hotel was great. It looked modern and had lots of promise. Staff were nice enough.
Disliked: The room I had (a loft) had a ton of glass (which was great) but one of the panes of glass was broken causing lots of condensation between the glass, and it was hot that weekend. The air-conditioning in the bedroom wasn't working properly so it was warm and humid which made sleeping not the best. I asked for it to be checked out and I don't think they ever did. I had to extend my stay unexpectedly because my flight got cancelled and then someone came to fix the AC. I felt like they had it scheduled for after I left, so that wasn't a great feeling. The furnishings and bathroom looked nice but seemed cheap, almost like IKEA. For the price, I'd stay elsewhere next time.

Liked: Room was plenty of space for family of 4. Rooms. Layout was great and beds were comfortable
Disliked: The front desk was unhelpful. The valet took forever and we had to shorten our day since we waited over 30 minutes for our car , and the temperatures in the rooms were different - one was hot and the rest freezing. Also one elevator took forever - not sure if it needed maintenance.

We stayed at Hotel Zero...

Liked: Well located in the heart of downtown Montreal, within walking distance of top attractions, restaurants, and public transit.
Disliked: Room was unserviced — unclear policy and no cleaning despite door tag, with no mention of this requirement at check-in.
