Was in Mobile for Spring Fling Blues Concert. Hotel was nice and staff was very friendly. No complaints. Will definitely stay again next year.

Liked: Overall staff was very nice and very clean rooms!
Disliked: The breakfast was good but set up was scattered. The grits and oatmeal were at one end of the bar and the hot water was at the other end. The waffle mix was a bit confusing - it said push but there were 3 different directions to push. The set up should be set so items that you need for a particular dish are close together.

I attend the Blues Fest every year - this will be my hotel. I like the fact that our rooms were ready when we arrived at 9:00am.
Liked: Good location; customer service was very pleasant.
Disliked: No negative.

Liked: Very clean. Very nice breakfast most important was the front desk young girl was extremely professional and made my wife and I feel wry welcome . Believe her name was Madison.
