Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte Airport an IHG Hotel

If I every visit Charlotte...

Liked: The room was so much more than I was expecting. The staff was so helpful from the manager Anthony to the housekeeper Paul everyone went out of their way to be of assistance. The breakfast was delicious and definitely more than we thought it would be.
Disliked: I loved everything, room, staff and location

Hotel wasn’t bad BUT goodness…..

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: I didn’t like that i booked a Queen suite w two queen beds and got there they were booked up, so i had to get a one bed w 3 kids and me smh they stated it was bookings fault, and to contact them, when i did they told me since i excepted the room it was nothing they could do no credit or nothing, i drove 8 hours with kids!!!! Smh also the pool was so gross the kids were afraid to swim cause the pool was green it was just a bad experience overall not only only that the guys at the hotel just made me uncomfortable im a woman w 3 kids i couldn’t sleeep i was so uneasy.

Liked: The staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good and the shuttle driver in the morning was on time and a very nice man. The shuttle driver at night seemed very overwhelmed, but I think that was because of the unexpected travelers including us due to our flight being changed
Disliked: It took an hour for the airport shuttle to get there

Liked: The bed was like a cloud.
Disliked: The shower water pressure was pretty weak and took a while to warm up.
