Parking ticket

Disliked: Stayed here on 22 April for 1 night, entered car registration at reception which was acknowledged Returned home from holiday yesterday & there's a parking ticket waiting for me for my stay at hotel on 22 April???

Lovely stay, comfy bed excellent...

Liked: Only tiny bit of criticism I have is finding you. Twice I have stayed and both times sat nav has taken me about 2 miles from the hotel and due to the building work the sign for the hotel is so small it's hard to find
Disliked: Nothing apart from the tiny sign which is super hard to see in the dark

Liked: Breakfast was a complete shambles.....nit enough tabkes for the guests, poor choice and linited availabilityWas given keys to a room that was still occupied.Went to speak to manager who said it was a computer glitch. Gave me keys to a different room on a different floor....this again was occupied!I went down again and they sent 2 staff members to check to make dure 3rd room was actually available.Thats a massive breach of thosr other guests security...i could have taken anything!Did not give me confidence that my own room would be secure so i kept my things in my car
