Overall stay was enjoyable; nice selection at the breakfast buffet.

Liked: Really clean and well kept.
Disliked: No Jacuzzi.

Bed was comfortable but way...

Liked: Cleanliness and the bed was super comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly.
Disliked: On the first floor and the bed in room above was loud!!! The springs were squeaky and everytime the inhabitants would move we could hear it. And at 5 and 6am the doors out in the hallway kept slamming and a patron leaving their room was yelling and due to the large gap under the door we could hear it all. We didn’t sleep well and had a rude awakening at 5/6 am. No sense in complaining to the front desk at this time due to leaving. Will not stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.

Liked: Cleanliness, ac worked well, comfortable room
Disliked: I requested a room close to the pool on booking.com and it seemed like it wasn't even looked at. When checking in, we were told our room on the 3rd floor wasn't ready, but there was one next to the pool on the 2nd floor that was. I also received a messenge from the hotel that parking was $10, but I was charged $15.

Liked: The hotel was a great value for the money. The rooms appeared to have been recently updated and were clean and inviting. The staff as well as house keeping were welcoming and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay. We got up late each morning and missed the breakfast being served. It was nice they have a laundry facility to use.
Disliked: No comment. Aboslutely will book this hotel again in the future.

Liked: Front desk very responsive.Rooms simple and clean.Location was very good.
Disliked: Breakfast is probably good for most. I am a particular eater. I would have preferred to have available non sweetened yoghurt and whole milk. Fresh berries would have been good. Basically, I used my in-room refrigerator and purchased items I wanted from the store. I would have preferred a credit for the breakfast.
